So, in answer to your question, I resized the page so that the openings were the appropriate sizes. The final canvas ended up being 28 wide x 24 high. I just made a rectangle shape 2x3 as a guide to make sure I kept the sizing right. At first filled the thing up with shapes as masks, but it ended up being more hassle so now I just drop stuff in the openings. Occasionally I'll make a mask because I want to crop a photo or whatever, but I only do this on a case by case basis.

I originally planned to do this only until the Style A page protectors were back in stock, but I'm loving it. I think I'll keep at it this way.
